Urgent Need - Template for an Oversized Check (Presented to Charity in Ceremony)

A colleague of mine has an urgent need to produce one of those large "ceremonial" checks that are often presented to charities (or like Happy Gilmore received for winning golf tournaments for any Adam Sandler fans out there)

As is typically the case in my line of work ... this one was already ticking with the pin pulled when it was lobbed over my cubicle wall ... gotta love those deadlines. If anyone is able to help us out, it would certainly be very much appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

I doubt you'll find a template for this, but in the time you've spent waiting for an answer you could be well on your way to creating your own. This is a pretty simple file, to my way of thinking, just a few text frames, and an image or two if you like.

I did one of those once. I had the check, so I scanned it and rebuilt
the type & rules over the scan. There was no logo, thank God.

If you don't have the real check, just use any check. They are pretty
standard.

Make sure you stick some MICR numbers on the bottom, but probably
random, who knows who might see a picture of this thing and use the
account & routing numbers to steal.

Isn't that always the way? Bosses treat [their] workers like machines - "Why are you taking so long??" (4 minutes after asking for the project...)

Best of luck to 'ya
