InDesign CS3: Is it possible to do a Find/Replace throughout an entire book?

So far, I've only been able to search within a document and a story... but not within an whole book. Does anyone know if this function is even possible?

Only if you open all documents first. The Find & Replace provides an "All open documents" scope.
