IDCS: won't open CS2 files (3.01 update didn't help)

I'm using CS under Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2. When I try to open a *.indd file from CS2, I get this message: "Cannot open 'filename.indd.' Please upgrade your plugins to their latest versions, or upgrade to the latest version of Adobe InDesign."

I thought that the 3.01 update was intended to solve this problem, but I have installed the update and it doesn't help. Any suggestions?

You need to have the CS2 file exported as an InDesign Interchange file
(INX). CS 3.0.1 (838) will then be able to open that.
