Bullets on right side of text?

Hi everyone!

I'm trying to make a bulleted list but with the bullets on the right side of the text!
The reason for this is that I have a spread with a image in the top "outer" corner on each page and I want a bulleted list on the inside of these with the bullets aligned against the images!

Is there anyway to manage this?

Anchored object? (put the bullet in its own frame)

Nested style? Use a right indent tab followed by the bullet defined as a
character style.
