Can you evenly distribute text?

if i have a single text box and want to do something like enter 10 words on the same line, but want them to distribute evenly between each other, is there a way?

Im looking for some kind of automatic method, not with creating and moving tabs around.

Set the justification to full justify. On the Control palette, in Paragraph View with text selected, click the third icon from the left in the bottom row of the eight alignment/justification icons. (assuming you're using CS2 -- if not, then click the icon that has the equal-length horizontal lines all the way from top to bottom.
